HI, I'M KEVIN ARISTHOMENE

Growing up in Haiti, I had a passion for physical activity, but everything changed when I moved to New York at age 10. I quickly put on weight and became known as the "fat kid". For three long years, I tried multiple diets without success. I felt isolated and defeated. But then, I joined a football team, and everything changed.

Football became my passion, and I began to lose weight without even realizing it. I also ran track throughout high school, fueling my love for sports and fitness. These experiences inspired me to become a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's in Health Science.

I take pride in helping clients achieve their goals and surpass their own expectations. Being a Certified Stretch & Flexibility Coach as well, I also believe in the importance of flexibility and mobility for overall health and fitness.

When I work with clients, I bring a competitive and tenacious attitude to every training session. I push my clients to reach and exceed their potential, and there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the smile on their faces when they achieve their goals. My clients' wellbeing is my first priority, and I am committed to helping them transform their lives through fitness and healthy habits.
